The bungalow complex had beautiful and well-maintained gardens, making it a peaceful and delightful place to stay. The gardens were interesting to explore and added a touch of serenity to the overall experience. the complex felt secure, providing a sense of safety and tranquility throughout the stay.

There were a few hiccups during our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a new staff member who seemed a bit confused, which resulted in a wait before we could settle in.

Nice quiet place.If you have a car it is easy to get to the main attractions. Good big swimming pool. Perfect parking place

Complex is very big. Not all the rooms are near the pool. We need 10 min to get to it . There were not so many flowers in the garden.

The bungalows are lovely, a good size, set in lovely gardens, everything you would want on a holiday in the sun. There was maid service 3 times a week with clean towels each time. The bedroom has a good sized comfortable kingsize bed. Kitchen has every utensil one needs in a kitchen, opening out onto a nice patio area. Livingroom is comfortable with television also with doors opening onto garden. The rep Birgit was very helpful and approachable, she organized a taxi for us to and from the airport slightly cheaper than the airport taxi, 30 euro. The position is on a nice quiet street but you can quickly walk to Playa del Inglis nightlife and also a nice Riu hotel at bottom of street for coffee in the morning. Maspalomas is just over 4 euro in a taxi. Bus to Peurto Rico 2 euro 50, takes about half hour and a regular service. Really there is everything on your door step here, but i would say more for couples and families, it is a well maintained, quiet complex.

There wasn't anything i didn't like about the bungalow, it has every service you would possibly need or want for a week's holiday.

Pretty much everything, the location was really quiet, the bungalow was really comfortable and the full size kitchen was a real plus.

Just a few things that would have made out stay even better would have been, another mirror (only one in the bathroom), sheets big enough for the bed (two singles used on king size bed), and wifi.

Excellent bungalow. Tastefully furnished to a high degree, everything catered for. Ten out of Ten. Would definitely re-visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The complex of bungalows was lovely, with well-kept gardens that were interesting to explore. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent and contributed to the peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the convenient location, which offered easy access to transportation and parking. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Good quality-price ratio. Location and Environment wonderful. Way to the promenade near the beach 10 min, then walking through the sand minimum 500 meters width. But it’s maspalomas feature.

Minuses: not comfortable mattress of the sofa, water stays everywhere on floor in the bath after shower.

We loved the beautiful, well, maintained gardens at this complex of bungalows. the peaceful atmosphere and secure environment allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions, and the room was comfortable and clean.

The initial check, in process was confusing and delayed.

There is no Wi-Fi and the pool is on other place.

Walking to the beach, close to shopping centers (cita, jumbo) and restaurants … ; Very good comfort in the bungalow, large rooms, nice and green terrace; nice & large swimming pool in the resort …. a lot of trips/excursions and leisure time opportunities available that can be booked at the Neckermann reception, in the complex. I can say that Playa del Ingles and Sun Club Superior it's a perfect choice for an excellent holyday ! …

I really enjoyed my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful gardens that were well-maintained. It felt very safe and peaceful here.

I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The appartments are very spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

Although booking 5 months in advance a stay of 1 week and an express request because of travelling with a small baby, we were given an appartment just on the road and on the other side of the complex where the swimming pools and the restaurant were situated. Dissappointing.

Spacious bungalow with good facilities in nice, quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bedsheets not changed during week - twice weekly changing would have been better.
